Garlic and Lime Shrimp

Garlic Lime ShrimpIngredients

  • 1/4 t ground black pepper
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 t parsley flakes
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 1/8 t thyme
  • 1/8 t onion powder
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 1 lime
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions

Combine spices in a small bowl.

Juice lime.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic for one minute, then add shrimp, lime juice and seasoning blend. Cook until both sides of shrimp turn pink, about three-to-four minutes.
